Tesla says 'Autopilot' was engaged during fatal crash

Tesla says 'Autopilot' was engaged during fatal crashElectric carmaker Tesla has confirmed its "Autopilot" feature was engaged during a fatal crash last week, a development set to exacerbate concerns over the safety of futuristic vehicles.
